What we keep about you, why, and how to have it removed.
What we keep
Your name, phone number, delivery address and email if you give one, the pieces and sizes you order, and the bKash or Nagad transaction ID you send. If you leave a review: your first name, rating, size, height and photo if you add them.
Why
To buy and deliver your order, text you about it, refund you if a size sells out, and give you store credit. We never sell or share your details, except your name, phone and address with the courier who delivers.
On your phone
Your bag, wishlist, size measurements and the checkout form are kept in your own browser so you don't type them twice. Clearing your browser removes them.
Ads and visits
We count visits to see what works, and when ads run, Meta may record that you visited or ordered. You can turn ad tracking off in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
How long
Order records are kept for as long as the law asks us to keep sales records. Everything else is removed when you ask.
Removing your details
Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number and we remove what we don't have to keep within 7 days.
